What is Photoshop?
Illustrator temel anlamda bir grafik programıdır diyebiliriz fakat detayları, Illustrator’u diğer yazılımlardan ayırıyor.
You can create and edit vector drawings with Adobe Illustrator. In general, the interface and usage of the software are similar to Photoshop. It is one of the most important graphics software within Adobe.
What to Do with Adobe Illustrator?
It is very difficult to answer this question because what you can do depends entirely on your imagination. However, some of the things that come to mind first are: site interfaces, business cards, logos, wallpapers, invitations, cartoon works, pencil drawings, posters and banners and much more.
What are the differences between Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop?
In fact, although the functions of both are seemingly similar, one is a pixel-based (Photoshop) and the other is a vector-based (Illustator) drawing program. For example, although it is possible to make a logo in both programs, it is generally preferred that such works be vector.
You ask why? If the prepared logo is to be rearranged or resized and reshaped in the future, its pixel-based nature will naturally cause distortion. The type of graphics created in Photoshop that we call “bitmap” cannot be resized without losing pixels or quality.
Graphics drawn as vectors can be reshaped and resized. That’s why companies generally prefer this type of logo. However, do not conclude from this that “Illustrator is definitely a better drawing program”; on the contrary, there are areas where Photoshop is much superior.
